Visit Fidelity.com and check the history for your Fidelity account. All deposits to your account will be displayed here.

Can I sweep cash rewards into multiple Fidelity accounts?

Yes, you may designate any eligible Fidelity account to receive rewards, and you can also set up the automatic sweep of your rewards into multiple accounts.

How do I set up my automatic sweep?

Visit fiacardservices.com to set up the automatic sweep of cash rewards into your Fidelity account(s).

Why don't I see a credit card reward redemption in my account?

If you have not already done so, you can set up your credit card rewards to convert to cash and sweep into your designated eligible Fidelity account(s). See “How do I set up my automatic sweep” for information on how to start this process. Automatic redemptions are sent at the end of each month once you have reached the 5,000 point minimum. If you have reached this minimum, and have set up automatic redemptions or initiated a single redemption but still don’t see your rewards in your account, please call FIA Card Services or visit fiacardservices.com to resolve the problem.

What are my options if I have already contributed the annual maximum amount to my retirement account but have rewards points available for redemption?

If you own another eligible Fidelity account, you can redeem rewards for cash to this account instead. It is possible to redeem cash to any eligible Fidelity account regardless of your specific card type (e.g., you may redeem points from your Fidelity® Retirement Rewards American Express® Card into your Fidelity 529 Plan). Other reward redemption options (i.e., travel and merchandise) are available at fiacardservices.com.
