The Net expense ratio is an annualized figure which reflects amounts reimbursed by the fund company or reductions from brokerage service arrangements or other expense offset arrangements. For Fidelity Funds, it is from the fund's most current annual or semiannual report. This figure represents the net expenses paid by the fund. Expense ratios change periodically. For more detailed fee information, see the fund prospectus or annual or semiannual reports. Contractual Expense Cap: Subject to End Date: Expense Cap is a limit that Fidelity has placed on the level of the expenses borne by the fund until (see below date) and indicates the maximum level of expenses (with certain exceptions; see below expense caps) that the fund would be paying until that time. After the expiration date, the expense cap may be terminated or revised, which may lower the fund's yield and return.
