What is Fidelity BillPay?Fidelity BillPay is an online service that allows you to receive and pay eBills (electronic bills) from participating billers, pay one-time and automatic bills, review payment history, and setup bill reminders with just a few clicks. Since you no longer have to write checks or pay for postage stamps, Fidelity BillPay saves you time and money. You can pay bills anytime and anywhere, as long as you have Internet access. What is the fee for Fidelity BillPay?Fidelity BillPay is a free online service for all customers. A brokerage account with a minimum $2,500 balance is required to activate the service. How do I enroll in Fidelity BillPay?To enroll in Fidelity BillPay, go to Fidelity.com, visit a Fidelity Investor Center, or call a Fidelity Representative at 800-544-5703. Once I enroll, when can I begin using Fidelity BillPay?If you enroll online, you will have immediate access to Fidelity BillPay, provided your brokerage account meets the $2,500 minimum balance requirement. If you do not meet the minimum balance requirement, you have 60 days to do so, and you will be notified via e-mail once the service has been activated. If you do not meet the minimum balance requirement within 60 days, the service will be cancelled automatically, and you will be required to re-enroll in the future. Note: The $2,500 minimum balance requirement does not apply to mySmart Cash Account®. Who do I contact regarding my Fidelity BillPay enrollment?To contact us regarding Fidelity BillPay enrollment, send us an e-mail or contact a Fidelity BillPay representative at 800-544-5703. Representatives are available to answer your questions 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. How do I download Fidelity BillPay® data?By clicking the Download button on the History page, you can export data from your Account History on Fidelity.com directly into Microsoft Excel in CSV (comma-separated values) format. This will export your account information, including bill payments. For mySmart Cash Accounts, you can filter BillPay transactions only when you download your account history from Fidelity.com. On the Account History page, click the More Filtering Options link, clear the All Transactions checkbox and check the Bills Paid checkbox, then click the Display button. You will be presented with any bill payment transactions during the selected period. Click the Download button to export bill payment activity. If you want to use Quicken® or Microsoft® Money to download your account data, visit Exporting Account Information for further instructions. Top |
