Technical Considerations

Your computer should have the following specifications for the Tax Estimator calculator to run optimally:

• Operating System: Vista or Windows XP, 2000, 98 FE/SE or ME
• Browsers Supported: Internet Explorer 5.5 (or higher), FireFox 1.07 (or higher), Netscape^® Navigator^® 8.0 (or higher), AOL^® 8.0 (or higher).
• JavaScript must be enabled. For instructions on enabling JavaScript, see Turning JavaScript On.
• Macromedia Flash 7 or higher must be installed on your system to view Intuit's Tax Estimator tool. You can download the most recent version of the free software.
• Screen resolution: 800 x 600 or higher (recommended)

Privacy

The privacy of your data entered into the TurboTax Tax Estimator is described in Intuit Terms of Service. Basically, we do not share or collect any information. Your personal tax information is not saved and is not transmitted to any other party.
