Services not available to existing customers outside the US
  Promotional materials may not be sent to a non-US address
  Fidelity.com is intended for use by US persons only and does not accept transactions for accounts with non-US addresses. Existing customers should contact a Fidelity representative for assistance.
  E-Delivery of documents (confirms, statements, prospectuses) is not available to accounts with non-US addresses.
  Portfolio Advisory Services (i.e., FundsManager, Private Portfolio Services) will only open new PAS accounts for existing retail customers who provide a US address and IRS Form W-9.
  Existing customers with non-US mailing addresses may not open new accounts online
  Customers outside the US cannot invest in mutual funds offered by Fidelity International Limited (FIL) through a US mutual fund or brokerage account.
  Non-US residents cannot conduct business in their US brokerage or mutual fund accounts through FIL. FIL offices do not have access to any US brokerage or mutual fund account information.
  Customers with US retail accounts cannot conduct business in these accounts through FIL. FIL does not have access to any US accounts.
  Customers with US accounts cannot obtain signature guarantees from FIL. FIL does not participate in the US signature guarantee program.

Exceptions:
  US Military Personnel with Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are considered US customers and are eligible for all services and transactions available to US customers. However, because Fidelity.com cannot process requests from non-US addresses, customers with APO/FPO addresses should contact a Fidelity representative for assistance.
