Consolidation for Households & Statements
Use the Household Relationship Form (PDF) to group together the assets of eligible accounts1 in your household to possibly improve your commission level, improve your service level, or to consolidate all of your eligible accounts on to one statement.
Lower Your Commissions
Grouping eligible accounts held by you or your immediate family members who reside with you may enable all eligible accounts to receive a better commission level2.
Your household automatically includes all eligible accounts included on the Portfolio page of the periodic account statement sent to your address. See the Commission Schedule to learn more or view your Commission Level.
Improve Your Service Level
Grouping eligible accounts may also entitle you to Fidelity's Preferred & Wealth Management Services.
Receive One Statement
You can also use the Household Relationship Form (PDF) to receive one consolidated statement for all of your eligible Fidelity accounts, reducing the amount of paper mail that you receive.
